READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT COVERS OUR ORDER, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY.

Order Policy;

1. Orders can be cancelled same day before the close of day at 4 pm Pacific Standard Time.

2. Orders cancelled after the 4 pm close of day will incur a $10 processing fee. This fee covers the cost of packaging and the time spent by pulling an order from shipping and hand keying in the refund data to the current credit card processing entity.

3. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject the "Return Policy" below.

Shipping Policy;

1. We use multiple warehouses. Do not be alarmed if your shipment arrives in multiple deliveries and/or through different carriers.

2. Please keep ALL original packaging until you have confirmed the product is working properly and item(s)/Qty(s) are correct. Defective, missing or incorrect products must be reported within 10 business days. Loss of manuals will result in replacement fees.

3. International shipments- The purchaser is solely responsible for any and all Customs or Duties and applicable brokerage fees incured on shipment to AND from the end user. Kanecal Inc. is not responsible for ANY Customs or Duties and applicable brokerage fees regardless of the situation. All International shipments must be sent/shipped only to the BILLING address of the credit card used. This is our only protection against fraud.

4. Shipping reserves the right to change shipping carrier or method so long as that method or carrier delivers the same guaranteed service in the timeline expected.

Return Policy;

All returns must be authorized as described in this policy. All unauthorized returns will be refused or returned. We cannot restock any product that is not resalable. Keep all original packaging materials, manuals cables etc until you are positive you are satisfied. Use care in opening the package. Keep in mind that if the item is damaged, worn stained, missing items, cables, manuals or original packaging cannot be re-used, that product it considered "used" and is not resalable. There will be a minimum of $7.00 charge for missing items such as manuals or for larger shipping boxes that cannot be re-sold as new (DO NOT WRITE THE RMA NUMBER DIRECTLY ON THE BOXES- USE THE SHIPPING LABELS FOR THIS), depending on replacement costs. If our Distribution Center finds an item that is not resalable when their testing has been completed, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. There is a 15% restocking fee for any returned items that are not defective but are resalable. All returns must have an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number issued prior to receipt here. No product can be accepted without an RMA number.

Refunds on returned items DO NOT include shipping costs from the original order. If you paid sales tax you will receive that amount paid back as part of your refund.

We would like to process your return as quickly as possible. To help us do this, please follow the instructions below. We must have all the information to process your return and refund your money. We are NOT responsible for any taxes, tariffs, and shipping costs on returned products. Please do not automatically send Hardware Returns to Kancal directly. The hardware return address will be sent to you with your RMA. (Returned Material Authorization)

ALL COSTS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

All items returned must be sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. It is imperative to be able to confirm your return with a Tracking Number (like FedEx or UPS) or Return Receipt (like the USPS).

Hardware product returns must be received within the first 30 days, software products need to be returned in 5 days unless a liberation key has been issued. For stand alone softwares, once a liberation key is issued the trial ends and there can be no refund. Softwares that are Visual Basic add ons for Microsoft Office or fonts can not be liberation controlled and are therefore non-refundable. Cables, handles and other peripherals for hardware are not covered under the hardware warrantee. After submitting your request for a return, you will receive a response from us within 3 working days.

Return Instructions:

Contact Kancal, Inc. by email to submit your return.
Please include the following in your email:
your full name
your order number OR the last name used on the credit card if applicable
the product name(s) and quantity being returned
the date of purchase
the price of the purchase
state whether the product is UNOPENED or defective or subject to upgrade etc.
the reason for your return

Upon approval, we will email your RMA number and the address to ship the product(s) back to. Immediately ship the product to the address given. It must be received within 30 days of your purchase for credit to be given. Remember, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS (shipping, taxes, tariffs, etc.) on return items. And all items returned must be sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days and products received with an expired or invalid RMA number will be returned.

Once the product is received and confirmed resale able your order will be refunded.

Note: Cards, Magnetic cards and keytags, whether printed by us or not are NOT returnable. All sales of cards and keytags are FINAL.

NOTE: It has come to our attention that in some cases where we issue an RMA for merchandise that is not defective (ordered too many, no longer need etc.) yet is sent in with the original packaging damaged or marked on in such a manner that it can no longer be sold as new and sent back to the customer per our policy, the customer sometimes refuses these shipments. In these cases we will accept the refused shipment back and attempt to sell the item(s) as used. If this occurs we will refund those customers less a 25% restocking fee as a way to recoup our losses.

If for any reason, any Kanecal Inc. web function is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes is considered to be beyond the control of Kanecal Inc.
