Send us an Email to care@kanecal.net and tell us your order number or the last name used on the credit card order so we can look up your purchase. Then we need;
Item to be returned Original Order ID number OR Name used on Credit Card Reason for return Remedy requested (ie "refund" or "replacement")
Once approved we will reply with instructions and an Excel RMA form attached that must be printed out and returned with the item(s). You must follow our return policy HERE.
