This software is bloated, with dozens, maybe hundreds of options that we just don't need. If you have a quick service restaurant, you will be very frustrated with this software. Tech support tried to answer our questions quickly, but their answers were wrong. Setup took us many weeks. If I had it to do over again, I would look for something else that is more simple.

Poor performance and no support

After buying 5 copies of the software and a system that was ok'd by PC America it would not work. Tech support sent us to Epson and Dell and they both told us it was a software problem. The on-site support people were just plain nasty just trying to set up a visit - money, money, money. The CEO and President won't return phone calls or e-mails. Better systems that actually work are available.
