These Graphic Quality blank 2 up key tags have been especially manufactured and packaged for id card printers to be clean from dust and minute plastic slivers, common in card manufacturing. The 2 up key tags are especially cleaned and packaged. A spec of dust can scratch the print-head resulting in a scratch mark accross on every card printed thereafter. You can check out the cost of a new printhead. To extented your printhead life, please remember to store the 2 up key tags in the cleanest possible operating environment. If a card drops on the floor, throw it away and use a new one. (One dirty card can ruin your printhead.) When loading your id printer, wear a glove (to avoid skin oils getting on the blank card) and "fan-out" the 2 up key tags prior to placing them into your photo ID printer. This reduces static, and prevents the 2 up key tags from sticking.
